How do I archive my emails from btconnect 365 to my hard drive?
I have searched the forum but was unable to find anything I understood!

To get a copy of the email from our webmail on to a computer to allow you to back them up, you
will need to setup your email address in a mail program similar to Outlook, Mac mail, Thunderbird etc.
Once it is setup in this program, you can tell it to download the mail and remove it from the BT server, or keep a copy on the server if you are going to use more than 1 computer to access the mail.
After you have the mail in say Outlook, you can create a folder within it on your computer and put any mail you want to keep there, or another option is to create a backup pst file, and store this on your computer. If you do create a folder and move the mail you want to keep into it, this removes it from the BT server and will only be stored on the computer in question.
