How do I change my BT-domains IP address ?

Hi all ~ Help Please...

I need to change the IP address on a domain that I have with BT.

This domains website is not hosted with BT, but elsewhere, and that host has moved my website to a new server,

so I need to change this domains IP address, so that goes to this new server.

I've email support but they are taking too long !

So is this something I can do myself ?

If so, could you please explain where & how ?

I need to be able to enter this kind of info:...

eg, for: mydomain.com

ns1.mydomain.com ~ 123.123.123.123

ns2.mydomain.com ~ 123.123.123.124
