How do I set domain name ? help were new to this!

Hi Guys, we have had the BTepages store for quite a while and have a problem that has most likely been asked many times....

our web address is www.discotechnology.com but is displayed as http://www.btowstore.com/epages/Store2_Shop1973.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/Store2.Shop1973/Categori...

 

How do we change this so our customers know who their looking at in search engines....?

Hi Richard,

 

You will need to do 2 things here to make this work:

 

1. Contact your domain host and get them to remove the forwarding on the domain and instead set up the following DNS record:

 

www     CNAME    bt.epages.com

 

2. You will then need to raise a support request to BT asking us to change the address on the shop to www.discotechnology.com. Please select the domains and hosting option from the following page to request this:
