Do you have any good suggestion to beat the online fraud?
We are a software company. Once the buyer purchase the license key online, our system will send the key to the buyer's email account automatically. It worked well before. However, we see the fraud rate go higher recently.
It is not a good feeling to handle the chargeback cases. Do you have any good suggestions?
