Hi,
I'm an administrator of a well known chat site and would like help in reporting a very abuse BT Broadband customer.
We have abusive and threatening messages being posted on our message boards and in our chat rooms.
We ban the user over and over but it's so easy for them to change their IP. There are many IP ranges for them to change to in such an easy way.
If someone could point me in the right direction, I'll happy forward on logs of them connecting to the site and shots of their interactions.
