Hi
If you log into your Primary BTConnect account at My Office and follow through Allocating additional storage space to BT Business Email. There you can purchase additional storage space.
You could also look at increasing the license of the email account to Organise and Share, this not only supplies additional storage space it also supplies a copy of Outlook 2003 and lets you can access your email, calendar and contacts on your desktop, on the web and on your mobile device.
