Hello, I have some BT Versatility devices and have to change the position of some extensions in the "Internal call" list. I have been told that it's not possible to simply change the position but I have to change the name of the extension. In this way I also have to change the number of the extensions otherwise the ringing phone would be the same even if the name is different.
My question is: how can I change the number of the extension in order to refer to another phone?
