How to create blog / forum

I have just upgraded to eShop Elite to get access to the blog builder and forum features (amongst others). However although I have noticed some new features added in, I can't see anything anywhere in my CMS about a blog or a forum. Any idea how I go about setting it up?

I also received an email about this that eShop has a few feature which are blog and forum. However, I am still in the basic package. Should I upgrade?
