How to get a PAC number from BT !!!!

I am desesperate to get my PAC number from BT Mobile, I rang them on Tuesday 17th November 2009, they ask me to send an email to confirm, I sent the email on same day and waited until Thursday 19th November, no PAC in the post or by email or on telephone,(O2 sent their PAC for an another Mobile number on Tuesday and rcd on Thursday) I rang BT and they told me I should reveive the PAC by Friday, I rang BT Mobile again on Friday about 4 times to be told the same story, they are dealing with it. I rang BT Mobile on monday few times and promised me it will be done by end of business day, I rang them at 17:00 and promised me (again) they will ring me before 17:30 or first thing in the morning!!!

I rang this morning at 9:45, and now I have been told to wait for 48h!!!!

Please tell me how to get a PAC number as I am desesperate to change provider.

Hi Scott,

I was also wondering how it would be possible to get a PAC number. However the mobile contract with BT has already been cancelled. I was wondering if it would still be possible to gain this number.
