Yet again this morning our ISDN32 that services all our voice calls has "no free lines".
This is at least the 5/6th time in 2 years that we lost all or part of a day - always cured by a reset at the exchange with no engineer visit required.
From a customers perspective ringing us to find an unobtainable or engaged tone means that we lose business - quite unacceptable - and I am keen that we get the exchange (central High Wycombe) fault permanantly fixed.
How do we do something about this?
