How to upload a file to root of website!! HELP

I want to add a file to my site to allow customers to personalize my products, my supplier has given me files to upload to the root of my eshop which contains all the images and files needed to allow my customers to do so, but I cant find where to upload it to on the eshop back office (hope that makes sense) Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
