So for the past few days I have been getting 'unauthorised' messages when I try to delete e-mails using BT/MS 365 - NOW, I can't log in to get my e-mails!!
Since the system was changed to MS 365 I lost one e-mail address and never have been able to get Outlook to work with it - but I muddled through as at least I could use the online facility.
I am getting an MS Live login screen instead of the 365 one and despite starting from scratch (ie not using links) I still can't get access - are they changing something??
How can you "lose one email address"?
