I have activated my web hosting package but when I type in my web site address I cant see my web site I get a message saying domain has been registered by BT

Hi Macmentor,

Please ensure you have uploaded your site to the public folder.

If this still fails the issue may be the index page is capitalised (e.g Index.html), the servers will only recgonise lower case letters.

If you still have problems, please use the dns enquiry form at www.dnsforms.co.uk and I will look into this as soon as possible.

Hi,

You have to deploy and after that publish your website publicly. Contact with the hosting provider company. they will send you the activation key required.
