I'm after some help on an IP Profile reset on 2 business lines. We've had some problems with the lines with internal cabling which has now been rectified and I'm confident the profiles are stuck. There is a residential house on the premises which run from the same BT Junction box in the ground syncing at 4meg, both of our business lines are syncing at 1,300 and 1,400.
