Hi torschofield,
Your username and password are your primary account details which you would been supplied with when ordering the domain name - The username is a @btconnect.com email address.
Once you have logged in, if you Click on Manage Services once the page has loaded, down at the bottom of the page on the left hand side there is an option to Manage Your Domain Names. Click on this option it will open another webpage.
Once this has loaded the page will be named - Domain Maintenance -
You will see your domain listed below it has a few options but if you just click the Manage option, again the page will change and it will have BT Domains Centre. On the left hand side you will see Advanced Domain Manger - click this option and it will bring up your your details including you IP address for your website.

If your domain is with BT, the ISP Tag will be BTNAMES
