Hi, I am moving over to BT Broadband from Plusnet. They currently also host a URL for me and I would ideally like that they continue to provide this hosting (unless BT can provide). To do this, they have requested an IPS Tag. I have rang the call centre and drawn a blank so:
1. How do I get the IPS Tag - or can someone tell me what it is?
2. Can BT host my URL for me, if so, what would they charge and how do I get it over from Plusnet?
