I set my iMac email up using Outlook 2011 with no problems and then I came to my iPad. At present I receive emails but cannot send and receive this message on my IPad email:
the recipient "m email address" was rejecyed by the server because it does not allow relaying.
All the settings on my iPad were checked by BT techies and they said the problem was not one for them to fix. Although I was told lots of iPad users worked fine but noone had the good sense to copy down the correct settings and use these to help other unsuccesful iPad users.
Does anyone know what may be wrong with the mail setup?
