Idea - Continuous Improvement

I hope someone can help! I've been developing my web site over the last few days using EasySiteWizard Pro, which I've found incredibly 'clunky' (I highlight text and tell it to change font size and it ignores me, etc, etc), but which has appeared to do the job. I'm at a point where within the next day or two I'll be ready to publish. I've been checking my site using Preview every time I edit and all has been fine until today - today, strange things started to happen which even having logged off, rebooted and logged back on again are still happening. 1. before my own edited pages appear, the original master template design appears (on which mine was based) then disappears. I've checked my master page and all it has is my own design. 2. when I preview my pages, every page shifts about 4cm to the right so that there is a 4cm white margin now on the left of each page. In the design screen, there's no way of moving the design over to the left to stop this from happening so I can't see that the problem is with the design 3. interestingly, there seems to be an additional facility which was not in EasySiteWizard Pro up until yesterday - now, if I want to change the font size, colour and justification, I can also change the line spacing which wasn't available to me previously. Has something happened to EasySiteWizard Pro overnight that is now causing me problems, or have I accidentally hit a key and caused the problems myself? What would be the solution? Many thanks

magiceye, this happened to me it's a pain, isn't it? If you know when you last successfully saved the page as you want it, try reinstating it from backup, that seemed to work for me but it does waste loads of time, especially when you've spent hours faffing to get it just right then the master template appears again!

What I also did was to literally 'save' after every change that I made. Again, time consuming but appeared to 'fix' the changes better than saving the whole page when I moved to another.

I've been having similar problems with ESW. I'm getting to the end of my tether with BT and their faceless service.

I don't understand how everytime they upload another version of ESW or add funcionality to it it seems that it has not been tested at all and it's full of bugs.

I tried previewing the site as sometime that works instead of saving it but even that won't work.

The 9-5 Monday-Friday desk is closed (As it's a Sunday) so I'm stuck (and have been since Thursday) unable to advertise a major event taking place on Monday.

BT causes more agro with their useless webhosting software and lack of support than anything else I can think of in my business life.
