Not sure what the problem would be without seeing the error itself. It's always a good idea to clear cache and cookies if you are seeing inconsistencies between the editor and the live site, so I would try that first.
If that doesn't work check the images that aren't loading, right click the broken image and check properties. Somewhere on there you should see a file location. If it references something like "ESW/images" that's normal and at that point I'm out of ideas, contact support.
If you're seeing something that looks like a location on your computer, "C://Documents and Settings" or really anything with a letter and a colon at the front of the location, you would want to reupload the images and insert them into the editor again.
