Incoming call routing - second group?

Hi

We have a company that are using VOIP on the versatility for a second office.

They want to allow the second office to answer calls from head office if they are busy.

Is it possible to have the system go..

Incoming call

Rings Group 1 (Office 1 phones)

If no one answers in x rings, group 2 is then passed the call (office 2)

if no one answers in x rings, voicemail picks the call up

Is anything like this possible on the versatility?

Yes it is possible however Versatility will need re-programming and creating groups.
