I submitted a form via dnsforms.co.uk for a DNS A-record repoint on Thursday but the WM number I attached to the form was incorrect. I recieved the standard automated response from BT then a further email from Brian Cassidy/Jordan Young (both names appear in the reply email) requesting I reply with the correct WM number.
Having found the correct information I replied directly. Having heard nothing all weekend I checked the details. The email address I was asked to reply to is the same as the automated response email address which clearly states it does not accept incomming messages (repoints_zone_dns@btconnect.com).
I am confused as to who and what address I was expected to respond to with this information as no futher email address was provided. I was assured this issue regarding my repoint would be resolved within 24-36 hours yet BT seems unable to provide me with the correct contact information, an issue that is particularly frustrating when BT themselves request I respond as soon as possible to see this issue resolved quickly.
If someone could contact me re: this issue as soon as possible I would be very grateful.
