This has been one of the most frustrating weeks. BT gave me infinity and a line then canceled it and now I canonly get normal speed ! No one has a clue in BT what is happening nor why I had infinty and then it was disconnected and now I can have it. The help desks are very poor and just placate and never contact me again... Worst experience ever we will call the trades description people tomorrow and get legal because that's the only what I can think we will get out of this nightmare of lies
