Hi my computer has updated from internet explorer 8 to internet explorer 9 and will now no longer upload my emails from my office page on the bt website. Can anyone help me please.

It is possible that the server from yur office page does not support IE 9 yet. Try to verify this with the IT department at your office, or you can just simply rollback to IE8.

Hi kathleen,
I am sorry to see that you are having issues access your email through out website when using Internet Explorer 9. This is because our website for view mail is not compatible with IE9.
If you go to this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956197 it explains how to put IE9 into compatibility mode for all websites.
Once IE9 is in compatinility mode our website will work properly to allow you to view your mail.
