Is the Service Always this Bad?

Hi,

I am new to the BT Web hosting site and just wasted an afternoon trying to update my web site.

Is the service provided by BT always this bad or is this a one off?

It is very slow and then just freezes.

What package have you got? If you are using Internet Explorer you'll find it mcuh faster using either Google Chrome or Firefox as the engine that powers Internet Explorer isn't well equiped for online site builders.

It is the EasySiteWizard Pro I am experiencing problems with. Earlier in the week I created a site with no problems all the elements were working perfectly.

It will not load the site. Occasional it will load but then the menu editor and image editor do not load properly. I have tried Firefox and Chrome and get the same problem. (It is not a firewall problem)

I thought this would be an easy way of creating a simple web site to replace my Geocities web site, the service that BTYahoo kindly shut.

Looks like I will have to go back to web building software and FTP.

I am glad it is not a business site I am trying to run.....
