I can’t open my access file. Every time I tried, I got notification that the file is corrupted. What can I do in this situation? Maybe it is caused by some kind of virus? Last time my PC was shut down incorrect. Maybe this one?
If an Access database is corrupt, users should try the Compact and Repair utility. It comes as a built-in repair tool with Microsoft Access program. Also, Microsoft provides a freeware tool which you can use here, it's called JetComp.exe utility.
