Could anyone recommend what sort of package I should take out with BT for a small business with 2 users? What we need:
1) Ability to make calls simultaneously
2) Possibility to transfer calls from one line to the other and vice versa (would be good but not essential)
3) Internet connection over standard analogue line
I am confused by the miriad of products available:
- certainly ISND2e looks like it would do what we need, but we would need an additional analogue line for the broadband too i suppose... and would we need any extra equipment in the office for ISDN?
- What about Feature Line - does this do what is needed? It appears as though it doesn't allow for making simultaneous calls though, and I think an additional analogue line for the broadband would be needed too?
Can anyone give me some advice please?
Many thanks.

Hi Karen,
No, not had any replies. I'd just like some info about what options are available out there... I'm finding it very confusing -given that our requirements are quite small...
Thanks,
James
