Linking two sites with two Business Hubs

I have two physical sites each with a BT Business Hub and each with a static IP address. I'd like to connect the two sites so computers at each site can see eachother. Is this doable without any additional VPN software?

Any help or pointers would be gratefully received.

I'm not aware of how this could be done with no additional equipment or software.  My recommendation (for security reasons) would be to use a pair of VPN appliances and link the two sites with a VPN.

There is an Open Source software solution called OpenVPN; I've never tried this but if the finances are a little tight, it may be worth a shot.

You really should use some form of VPN - for your own security.

And remember, the link will be limited to the UPLOAD speeds of both sites and if someone wants to pull a large file across staff at the remote location will suddenly find their access is very very slow.
