Loading items onto Ebay via E Shop

I have just had reply from Ebay saying that it is now mandatory to have a despatch time on listings and to list via their turbo lister tool. 

However if BT is not going to make this possible I shall have to cancel my E Shop and find another provider!  The vast majority of my sales are via ebay. 

Is anyone else having these problems????
