Where has the 'Manage Your Lines' function gone from the selfcare website? Is this functionality available elsewhere, if so where? I want to change all our VoIP phones so they show the same geographical number in caller ID when they call out, rather than their individual lines. Is this possible and if so where do I now do this?
Also I have noticed in the Phone Settings website we now have 'Music On Hold' and 'Auto-Attendant' but they have not been set-up, where can we sort this?
Finally, since setting up our VoIP system we have had a few network problems, such as phones and computer loosing their connection and the internet running sporadically very slowly. Do we need a network server to be set up rather than using the hub to resolve addresses, or do we have a broadband problem?
Thanks

Hi Wash_Design
The reason you limited access to your selfcare account is due to a corrupt build, I have raised this off and should take between 24-48 hours to resolve.
In the mean time I have made the changes directly for you.

Hi Wash_Design
The option should still be there.
Can you PM you bbv number and I can check your account to make sure no issues and advise further.
The 'Music On Hold' and 'Auto-Attendant' are not available as of yet but will be launched in a 3-6 Months
I can test your broadband when you send me a private message with your broadband or broadband voice number.

You said the 'Music On Hold' and 'Auto-Attendant' are not available as of yet but will be launched in a 3-6 Months. Its now been just over 6 months - are these likely to be launched any time soon?
Hi Wash_Design
Good news this is targeted for a release on the 13th December 2010 and so far looks on course, if there is a delay I will let you know.

While I have your attention can you help me with another problem:
We have recently rebooted our hub and since then one of our BT Falcon phones will not reconnect and comes up with the following error:
Provision Error!
Server Unreachable
Still Using V2.67
All our other phones are working fine, I have tried restating it and the hub but nothing changes. If I connect to our hub I can see it on the network.
A forum moderator has directed me to this help guide , but the Hub Manager software I have is different so from point 3 it makes no sense.
Any ideas?
