Looking for some assistance, please! I used to be able to manage my broadband services remotely using the 'manage my hub' page on the BT Portal *my account*. This would allow me to check the network status of my hubs, conduct line tets and speed tests REMOTELY using my account.
This feature still appears on my account however none of my services are populating in the area, which is strange because last month they were! Any idea?
