Microsoft 365 upgrade gone wrong

Hi,

 

I had 3 mail boxes to upgrade to 365.

 

2 of them made it no problem at all.

 

1 of them is out of action. I have created a new mail box, but can not use the name I wanted. I have made do with a different name in the hope of using an alias anyway, but this have not worked. The BT control panel reports failures to create alias. 

 

I have been in contact with bt 365 upgrade support since Wednesday this week, but they seem unable to make the changes I need to my account. Where do I go from here please?

 

Any ideas would be welcome.
