Migrate from BT Trellix Website Creator to EasySiteWizard Pro

Hello

 

We have been using the old Trellix wsc for years now and it has always had issues with changing fonts. I was on with a live chat agent today about the problem and they have told me it is no longer supported. That we are now to use the EastSiteWizard Pro.

 

I was told it is possible to move our existing website from Trellix to EasySiteWizard. How do I do this?

Hi James,

 

I am sorry to say it is not possible to move your site over to Easysite Wizard Pro as these are incompatible with each other.

 

I can only apologise you were advised this can be done.

Splendid! Is there any way at all for me to get my current webpages into it? Even if i have to tweek them once in?

 

Or, anyone with experience in the Trellix builder have an eay way to fix the font issue?

HI James 

 

its been a long time since i've used Trellix, but when i last used it there was no way to move it off that platform onto Easy Site Wizard, 

 

you would have to try and replicate the website on ESW as best as you could which could be a royal Pain in the Backside,
