Hi I believe I have been consistantly misinformed and mis-sold products from bt, what do I do about this? Do I go on social media?

Anyway, just cancel your contract, and claim your money back if the product wasn't working. Then go with another ISP, see www.ispreview.co.uk foir a list of good ISPs.

I personally recommend going through the complaints link here and having your order reference number (if you have it) available, ask to raise a mis-sale on this and do not let yourself get transferred to sales.
Instead ask to raise a mis-sale and we will be able to find out which agent raised this and send the complaint direct to their manager who will listen to the call.
