I got my 'moving to our new service' letter through the post today, with my new sim card. I've gone to bt.com/mobilemigration to input my mobile number and the 6digit number on the new sim, in order to choose my moving day. A message then pops up saying some of the information is incorrect. I've triplechecked & the info is correct. Is there a date that you have to wait till to choose your moving date?
