We have just moved premises and this has been a painfull experiece for the Infinity Broadband. It has been a long drawn out couple of weeks and I have never been so frustrated.
In the move we HAD to change our static IP Addresses one of which is for an internal mail server. So we assigned a new IP and updated the MX records and the BT HUB 3 and now nothing works. I cannot ping the Hub static IP or the mail server IP externally.
I have also noticed that in the hub and devices the Lan 2 connection used for the static IP keeps dropping out of the devices area?
Not sure what to do next? Currently I have no mail server and I cannot ping any of the static IP's externally (I can internally though)
Any one have any ideas 😞

Well What can I say?
Just called BT Bussiness Support team regarding the Static IP Addresses to find out that the New IP Addresses I have been issued on the move (As I could not keep the orginal ones) around the corner are incorrect???
I now do not have a clue what on earth is going on........ 3 weeks this has been going on in fact almost a month and I am no further forward...... Great
