Did you mean:

Mozilla - doesn't let you into your e shop or tradespace

Anyone else found that they have to use Internet Explorer to get directly into their BT e-pages and their BT Tradespace accounts instead of mozilla, because it doesn't recognise your password and user id?  Even if you take out the cookies and manually enter your details, still comes up as wrong.

Hello,

we were not able to reproduce your problem : logging in into BT accounts does not seem to cause any particular problems via Mozilla.

If you are still faced with this problem, I suggest you contact the BT help desk, they will do their best to help solve your problem.

Kind regards,

Hi, has this happened today or longer?

I had a problem today where i could not log onto my BT account to get to ePages.  Same as you, it would not get past the logon page...in fact the BT page was taking ages to load.

Called BT Broadband support and after unplugging the Router for 2 minutes and restarting, it appeared to work - although the rep at BT said he also changed my IP address.

I think there is (or was) a problem with the BT website.....

Hope this helps....
