Hello people i just bought another domain and the mx records are locked, so i cannot remove www record to make it point to my website, how can i unlock them?
Pending on how long you have had the domain name registered for it may still be in a propogation time. I suggest that you wait 24-48 hours after purchasing the domain so that the domain name can retrieve a zone record from the nameserver. If it still does not allow you to modify records I would then suggest contacting technical support.
