Hi
I had a website built by BT ay www.allaboutmihairandbeauty.co.uk
I would like to change an image and add some mnore information. I have trtied accessing it via the BT Website Centre; but although it lists my website it does not acknowledge it and when I click existing websites it is not there.
I found a help pager on how to get there and used that but still come up with the same problems.
So please How do I change my website??
Many thanks

Hi,
When you say 'built by BT' could you clarify? BT do have a service where you pay to have consultants build a site for you, but I don't know how that is accessed.

It might mean that his/her website is being hosted by BT. As far as I know, this is one of the topics here that hasn't been given with the right answer. Poor thing..

Hi
I have the same trouble with my domain "sundogs.org.uk" which i bought from BT with my Web Hosting package.
I created a simple 5 page site using the Easysitewizard and published it.
The site works fine and even the "contact us" page I created received the test detials I entered.
Where it (or me) goes wrong is i login to BT to update it and while Easysitewizard acknowledges the domain name is says there is no existing site and my option is to creat a new one. Help please?
Another thread on this forum suggests this is because the site was created on BT's free hosting area (given to all BT Business customers) and I am trying to access it via the paid for BT Web Hosting.
If I did do that then fine - but I have absolutely no idea the difference between these two site or how to get access to my domain again.
any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
