Need to move Primary phone port.

I have slow Broadband due to moving my home office downstairs and the extension being over 100 metres long. How can I get the Primary Phone port moved ?

This isn't really a business move as I am not changing premises just moving floors...

Hi

If you are moving your broadband to another room in your premises that doesn't have a phone socket (So you need to use an extension). You can phone BT Business sales team and ask for an engineer to come out and install a new extension socket, this is chargable but should improve the broadband service.
