Netgear D7000 - ADSL LinenSettings

Hi,

 

I have a customer with a BT ADSL line or ADSL2 line. Not sure.

 

The line has been checked by bt and is working ok.

 

We have a Netgear D7000 router connected to it for our cctv systems remote monitoring.

The router has been in and working fine for a numbe of years but has suddenly lost all its settings and factory defaulted.

I have entered the customers ISP log in details and we get an internet light and the router shows good connection on the internet status page of the router.

But we have no actually connection to the internet.

I believe ther may be a few settings we need to change but BT wont support us as we dont have there router.

The picture below is the settings page. Obviously we have got it set as BT And UK already.

Also we have entered the static I.P address we have been given by BT.

 

Any help is appreciated.
