After a calamity of errors from BT on our order we placed at the end of December we have finally had our connection connected. However we are experience a very slow connection.
Not overly happy with the service so far from BT so would appreciate someone looking into this for me.
Sorry to hear that bud. Have you tried to open up a ticket with them about the intermittent issues yet?
I have spoken to an advisor who advised the line should be at a speed of 6.5mb but the line could be settling down still. Will wait another 5 days and see if it improves
