New BT website not showing

Good Morning Folks

I had my website hosted elsewhere.As my business phione and BB hosted with BT i though i would create a new site via their easy site creator.This I have doner and askedf my old host to point things to BT which he has done.The trouble is that I still see my old site and the only way to see my new site is to type my domain name flollowed by :

c31.sitepreviewer.com  How please do i just type in my domain and show new site ?

Hi Graeme  Thx for your reply.

The website all been ok and working for the last week.I just checked a few mins ago and its not there and in my account hosting it now shows as my domain/sitepreviwer c31 etc, I cannot see why this has happened 😞
