A quick reminder to all webmasters here that as of May 26th 2011 all websites operating inside the EU MUST gain explicit consent from all human visitors before placing a cookie into thier web browser.
This also includes websites containing third party advertising such as Google Adsense and most forms of visitor analytics. Failure to comply could result in a substantial fine.
*explicit consent means the visitor will be required to interact with consent form before they enter a site , you cannot just bury a line on the page saying BTW we use cookies continued browsing constitutes acceptance
