Please could somebody let me know why BT have not registered a new domain for which I provided them with my credit card details and my full address? The reference number is:

The date of registration was: 29th October 2014 at 02:22 AM. I can send the copy of the order is I get the direct email address from somewhere. "bt.service@bt.com" email address is not accepting any messages from me.
