We currently have a BT Featureline (2 lines) with fixed phones on 2 desks. Calls come through to one phone unless engaged, when they come through on the second phone. We have no ability to transfer calls, so at a minimum we need some way of transferring calls.
Looking forward, since we have 3 rooms - office, showroom & workshop I wonder whether we should buy some kind of mobile extension as well - will using an existing mobile phone will be impractical/expensive ?
