New web hosting and domain help needed

How long does it take for a new web hosting package to show in my account? and will i be notified when it is available to use?

Hi there,

If it's been added to an existing account then I would expect it to show immediatelly.  There may be some sort of database problem so it might be worth calling the helpdesk on 08456007020 opt 2 then 1 to get them to check for you.

It may need escalation.
