I'am a EE customer. I have been told by EE that my line is broken and BT are repairing it.
I have called 3 times as everytime i call i am told BT have said they would have it repair within 48 hours
48 hours pass again and again, and my home phone still have no dial tone, and i'm still without boardband.
I have open the masterbox myself, and tried to plug in the phone direclty into the test socket.There is nothing, is there anything else the problem could be? i'm getting incrisingly annoyed as neither EE or BT seem to be moving to fix the problem
what can i do ( and don't tell me to wait please)

I am afraid as you are an EE customer you need to get EE to escalate the fault through their complaints process to Openreach to find out what is going on and to get the line fixed.
