Non-BT VOIP not working with Business Hub 5

I am trying to get our VOIP phones, which works perfectly well on our other, Virgin-hosted, network to work with our BT Business Hub 5. In the past they have worked on and off for outgoing calls but now don't work at all.
I have long ago disabled SIP ALG which hasn't helped. I've noticed on other closed posts that there is a fix that moderators can apply to the router which may help. Does anyone else know what it is?
