We are moving to Exchange online direct with Microsoft, however at the moment it will not let us because the domain name is associated with the BT tenant.
I have read online to remove the domain I need to manually delete all the users mail boxes.
Any one who has used BT's email online portal recently will know this really isn't possible because it's such a poor system and spends most of the time hanging.
What is the easiest way to get this done?
I don't want to do this immediately as I have a couple of other things to put into place, but when the time is right, I want to be able to do it without delay / downtime.
