Since our upgrade to office 365 a couple of weeks ago. One of our employees can no longer sync emails between blackberry and outlook which she could do before. She can receive ok but if she deletes from outlook it does not update on blackberry.
All solutions for imap settings etc supplied by BT have not worked.
On blackberrys website it states that if you have office 365 you can activate blackberry cloud services for free but you have to have admin rights to do this via microsoft online portal.

My question is, nobody I have spoken to at BT can tell me how to do this. Does anyone know if this is possible or what we need to do so that we can get up and running as before?

Is the account a basic one, or does it have a full Office 365 subscription?
